The Centers for Disease Control report face masks can help people from spreading coronavirus to others. Here are the do’s and don’ts.
The Nueces County District Attorney’s Office is temporarily closing to the public after employees tested positive for COVID-19.
The office will be closed from June 29 to July 3, according to a news release. The release does not disclose the number of employees who tested positive, but says a few family members of employees have also tested positive.
“As a result, quarantine/isolation procedures have been implemented for the Nueces County DAO employees,” the release reads. “During this time, Nueces County DAO employees will be working remotely from home.”
Employees will be at the office for law enforcement, probation and court staff business. Employees will also answer phone calls from the public, the release reads.
