A Louisville-based restaurant chain is offering another incentive for its employees while also looking to hire even more of them.Representatives for Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33, also owned by Roadhouse, announced this week that they are offering a tuition reimbursement program for all employees working 30 or more hours a week.According to a news release sent out Wednesday, the tuition reimbursement program pays up to $5,250 for classes at an accredited university, when a C average is maintained.The new employee incentive comes as Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33 look to fill even more positions in the Louisville region. Company officials said they are hosting a hiring event Monday, Oct. 25 at all locations in Louisville and Clarksville.Much like other restaurants and businesses, the two restaurant chains have been hit by a shortage of workers due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
