The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the President/CEO of the Texas association of Business Glenn Hamer and Chairman Massey Villarreal for a Luncheon on Monday, April 24th at the Radisson Hotel from 11:30am to 1pm.  The theme of the luncheon is the Future of Small Business in Texas.  The Texas Association of Businesses is the Texas State Chamber, representing companies of every size and industry.  TAB’s purpose is to champion the best business climate in the world, unleashing the power of free enterprise to enhance lives for generations.

The RGVHCC is naturally known for helping business owners get established and/or getting funding for expansion.  Additionally the RGVHCC works with the Small Business Administration and State HUB office to encourage their business owner members to get certified as a Certified Small Business owner, Minority Small Business owner, Woman Owned business owner and Hispanic Woman Owned business owner in order to give them a better opportunity to do business with the state and federal government.

TAB has a great relationship with ALL of the State Legislators and concentrates on all bills that are directed to business.  The RGV Hispanic Chamber has direct contact with our local elected officials but rely on TAB to look out for us with the other state elected officials with our concerns.
