We’re thrilled to announce our first keynote speaker — actor, producer, writer, and director Elizabeth Banks

From indies to blockbusters to record-setting directorial debuts, Banks is uniquely qualified to talk about making bold moves in a male-dominated field.

We’re ecstatic to welcome The Right Honourable Jacinda Ardern, former Prime Minister of New Zealand (2017-2023) to the 2023 Texas Conference for Women keynote stage.

Assuming the role of prime minister at just 37 years old, Ardern invigorated the electorate and championed reforms on behalf of women & families.

As a leader, she navigated incredible challenges while also becoming only the second woman in the world to give birth while leading a country.

During her tenure, New Zealand achieved 50% representation of women in parliament and on government-appointed boards.

NEW SPEAKER ADDED

The Good Place actress, host, and mental health advocate Jameela Jamil is coming to Austin! She’ll appear on the keynote stage with fellow actor, producer, writer, and director Elizabeth Banks.

Whether she’s playing a Marvel villain, making us laugh in a comedy role, or getting real about mental health in her I Weigh initiative (& podcast of the same name), we can’t get enough of Jamil’s candid humor.

Stay tuned for more details about our 2023 speaker lineup in the weeks to come, but in the meantime — save the date and tell a friend!

This year’s Conference will be in-person, and capacity at the Austin Convention Center is limited. Mark your calendar for May 18th, and tell a friend!
