Eddie Champ, Manager of Broadband and Utility for Graybar, and Debbie Bordeaux, Director of Sales for Graybar presented the Pharr City Commission with a rebate check in the amount of $230,549.65 for the City of Pharr IT Department.
The rebate is part of the Omni Program which gives rebates for purchases made through the system. The City of Pharr has earned the rebate through its work on Pharr.Net, which is closing the digital divide in the city. “We are very honored to be a part of this project and part of the community,” said Champ. “It’s been such a special project and has not only made an impact here, but it’s been highly acclaimed at national fiber trade shows and has earned awards and recognitions at all levels, we are proud to be a part of it,” he added.
“We look forward to presenting another big rebate to the city next year!”
